Aspen Highlands -Crazy Check out   Sad   09/02/2017 04:07 PM  

Aspen Highlands, Manchester CT gave me crazy move out charges. Carpet stain, this damage that damage etc...couple of thousand dollars. As if they need to rebuild whole apartment. I was not with them when they did clear out.

Anything I can do? I don't understand how can someone live at at place for few years and keep the place exactly the same.

They cannot charge you for normal wear and tear. Did you get an itemised bill?
