Aspen Highlands, Manchester CT gave me crazy move out charges. Carpet stain, this damage that damage etc...couple of thousand dollars. As if they need to rebuild whole apartment. I was not with them when they did clear out. Anything I can do? I don't understand how can someone live at at place for few years and keep the place exactly the same.
