Actually, I have seen that myself. Its funny that these subscribers text and sound so good on text and ready to just pick things up or send you money and will have the items picked up, they only need the address, etc. etc. But when called no one answers and then you get another, like sorry I missed your call so when can I pick up. Initial texting is ok to start a dialog, but you do want to talk to someone before you let someone in your house. Very frustrating, so I can see the note about text subscribers ONLY. I dont know what is their game either, but annoying.
