my 2 cents
I have reduced close to 5 kg in last 3 months. It is truth and few input

1. Understand what food we eat which contribute most to weight!
2. Most people need someone's help to start a reasonable routine. This can be a mix of food, exercise and sleep!
3. Understand that it will take time so have patience ! slow and steady win the race !
