Marrying within same castes is like inbreeding hence the brain wont be advanced or evolve, just good to be a slave. In order to be a better species the humans should be able to choose from and marry from 100% of the population but caste will make it that they have to choose only from same sub sects, hence low quality brain. The best breed of plants have been created by crossing different species using tissue culture. This works same in USA as they are mix of german irish english scottish italian russians etc but Indians marry within their village hence poor output, low quality offspring, uncivilized culture.
