No material required. Just go through the website and familiarize yourself with the test pattern. Watch couple of videos on youtube (focusing on each section), prctice a bit (the purpose is to calm anxiety and surprise factor). No need to spend any money or effort. We Indians in USA have pretty good English skills. I myself scored 8.5 with <10 hours spent on youtube.
