My spouse was on H4 and i have enrolled her as dependent in my Medical enrollment last year. She was there till Aug-2017 in USA and when to india for some personal reason. She may be returning to USA next year sometime. So is it mandatory to include her during enrollment or we can add dependent anytime with supporting document. Any idea or experience in this?
