Great for a small family or single people looking to be in a a quite apartment complex and 10 minutes drive to West Hartford, Uconn medical center, Farmington. 2 minutes drive to 84 and CT-9. 10 minutes drive to Hartford Downtown.

Good maintenance services, quick response and fixes. I've never had any problems in the house
