Drink apple cider vinegar in water ...thrice a day before meals...you will start losing weight after some time...

Go on salad and fruit diet and drink plenty of water...around 3-4 litres a day..

Drink water before taking meals and be aware that you are addicted to food, just like a drunkard is addicted to alcohol or drugs

I have lost 40 lbs after delivery--used to be 185 now 145.

I did the following:
- I am vegetarian so ate lots of green moong, rajma, chole
- 2 fruits a day (apple or a banana)
-Lots of water
-Lots of raw almonds
-CUT DOWN ON RICE & BREAD FOR 6 MONTHS
-Made flaxseed chapatis (indian wheat flour & flaxseed).
-walk 3 miles a day (treadmill or outside)
-Do this for 6 months religiously.
-Cut down on portions, and yes initially it will be very hard but main thing is to make tummy smaller.
-Everybody can do it if want to lose weight seriously

Find a companion to walk or gym

As many suggested ,
-Lemon with honey in the morning
-Apple cider with water before meals
-eat healthy
-drink more water
-search on YouTube for workout at home

Continue this for a month first & you keep going later 👍🏽
Good luck !

NO SHORT CUTS except cosmetic surgery which again is expensive & has lot of side effects
