Need advice H1B employer not paying pending salary   Arjun    03/05/2017 05:02 PM  

Hi Friends,
I recently changed my employer from a desi consultant to an MNC.
My previous employers is holding on to 2 months of my salary around 12k.
He is not answering my calls or emails now.

I am thinking of consulting an attorney and file DOL complaint.

Can anyone please advise if it's worth the time and mental stress seeking
Legal advice and taking action ???

CAN YOU SHARE THE EMPLOYER NAME AND COMPANY NAME SO THAT EVERY ONE WILL BE AWARE OF HIM

You should contact the labor department and file a complaint. No employer should hold your salary. Your on H1B and your legal to work. Just file complaint. Email him and let him know if he doesn't pay up you will file actions against him. Don't be scared fight for your hard work money.
