Hello,
With respect to rent.. all of these locations are similar.. hardly any difference... but they will probably need to rent a two bedroom apartment since its a family with two kids..amenities are also equally good in all of the above.. the major difference tat comes is tat century hills does not include heating in there rent but the other two places do.. and trust me here its always a plus to get heat included..
stepny n glenbrook both have lots of indian families with kids..
so in my opinion go for stepny or glenbrook.

I just shifted from Stepny to Glenbrook.
- Both are decent
- 2BR in Glenbrook is cheaper
- Glenbrook is more spaced out and the area is much more open than Stepny.
- A car is mandatory in Glenbrook, Stepny has accessible places.
- Though i generally can't stand south indians, you will find plenty of them in both places.
