Looking for tenants for a 1BHK at Glenbrook, Rocky Hill.
It'll be a 12 month lease...preferably starting sometime in Feb or March, the sooner the better. Lease signing will be official as per the apartment rules. The only difference is we'll pay $300 ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT from our side (although Glenbrook is not running any specials as of now) and we'll also get the apartment cleaned by a professional service before vacating for which we are paying $150- $200 from OUR POCKET again.
Type- 1bedroom, 1 bathroom, 800 Sq ft, good sized patio, 1st floor apt
Rent- $1160/mo
Heat, water, hot water, trash removal, gym, swimming pool and bbq usage - all included in the rent.
It's a great community and they organize lots of events.
