2 private rooms available for rent in a spacious 3-story house in the Danbury / Bethel CT. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. The rent for the smaller room is $680 and the large room is $ 750 a month (can be negotiable). All utilities (internet, heat, electricity, water, garbage removal, snow removal) are included in the rent. Washer and dryer are on-site.

Currently one American and one Canadian in 20s-30s are living at the house. We share the kitchen and living rooms located on the first floor, and your bedrooms / bathrooms are located on the second and/or third floors so you will have plenty of privacy. Each room is for single occupancy (couples can rent both rooms). We also have a cleaning lady who comes every 2 weeks to clean the common area.

We are looking for clean and respectful working professionals who will pass security check. First month rent and one month security to move in. Please reply via email for pictures or to schedule for viewing.
