try the ones in robert treat dr and avalon in milford.
80% indians there and 5-10 minutes drive to your work place.

I too work in Shelton but live in Milford as Shelton is not much residancial. You can look for Robert Treat or Avalon Milford (If rent is not an issue). We are in Avalon Milford.

As such there is no desi community apartments in Fairfield.
The school district is one of the best in the state.

One of my friend is moving to Manchester, mostly into fountain village or pavillion. What type of internet services available like cable, dsl? when i looked at dsl from at&t, the modem is close to $90. not sure if there are other options like cable with less expensive equipment

You can go to Martha's vineyard-RI , block island, RI or Cape Cod, MA - this all will be considerably cold though till mid May or end of May
