Looking for a roommate for one room out of two at Riverview Apartments. Apartment is 2BR 2Bath, carpeted.
Room for rent is big (14.5' x 10'), has a full attached bathroom, a walk in closet, and its own balcony.
Garage parking + outside parking available.
Starting 1st week of October.
Current tenant is a working computer professional, cooks mostly vegetarian food, eats non-veg outside.
Utilities not included.

A male is already living in the apartment.
