Hello,
My roommate and I are looking for a third roomie (female) to share a 1 BR/1 BA apartment located in downtown Hartford (Bushnell on the Park apartments). Rent is $1250/month including utilities (heat, hot water, electricity) which will be split three ways. Security will be one month's rent (which will also be split three ways). It is mandatory to sign the apartment lease to move in. The apartment is available from August 10, 2014.
As for us, I am a student and my roomie is a working professional. We are vegetarian, non-smoker, non-drinker, no pets. We would prefer someone sharing similar profile.
