Short term Sub-lease- 1st August to Nov 28th-Middletown,CT   Krishnamurthy.S   07/18/2014 12:08 PM  

I have an existing lease till Nov-28th at Madison Chestnut Apartments in Middletown, CT, This is a double bed double bath on the second floor.



Due to job transfer I will be moving out of Hartford by end of July and the apartment is available for sub-lease from 1st August to 28th Nov.

I will be moving away all my furniture and stuff by end of July.



My current rent is 1239 + electricity+ water. I am ready to put $239 for those 4 months and your sublease amount will be 1000 + electricity+ water.
