We live in Manchester and are working patents for a 3 and half year kid. We would like to know the pre-kindergarten schools in and around Manchester including south windsor which offer day care after school hours. Any suggestions for which school we can send a kid who will be turning 4 by this fall. Appreciate your rsponses. Thanks!!

the rates has gone higher for electricity. give some tips to bring down the elec bill.
please dont give bad ideas like dont use tv,fridge etc..

use bulbs with less watt (day light from Walmart) that saves nearly $40 per month.
Use AC for 3 hrs per day, it would save $30-35
Use washer/dryer twice per month
you can play, home theater, fridge as much as you want..it wont harm.
if you have Mixi that consumes 600watts but Grider is fine..
My bill used to be $120.. it was $82 and $62 this month...
