Hi All,
I am about to sublease a rental apartment in Trumbull. My kid name is not on rental lease. I have read on website that it is mandatory that child name must appear on the lease or landlord must give a signed letter stating child is residing at the address. This letter/lease is mandatory for school admission.
is that true?
Please help me, I urgently need this info. My kid is 6 yrs old and will go to elementary school

You dont need your kid name in lease if lease is in you name that is enough for school.

Hello,
I am moving to California so wanted to sell my well maintained 2001 Honda Accord LX (148k miles) which give 25 MPG highway and around 20 MPG city. It has almost new good quality Yokohama tires (80k warranty). Asking $2499 for car.
Also I have almost new 4 winter tires. Asking $199 for tires.
So total=$2698.
The minor/slight accident happened at yield. I was following Walmart like big truck closely, at yield I was going around 10-20 MPH watching side traffic, suddenly the truck stopped front so I crushed my headlights and bumper, bonnet. I fixed everthing but I could not paint bumper and bonnet using expensive matching paint.
Interior clothing is pretty good.
Actually I didn't want to sell my car, it is working perfectly fine but as I said I am moving California and car shipping will cost me around $1500 that is why we decided to sell the car at very low price (last year only I spent around $2000 on repairs and tires so no more expenses other than gasoline and oil). I will be making no money so I can not go below $2698.
