I will not recommend it. Manchester's school district is not that good.

Where do you work? Based on that I can provide recommendations of good places to buy a house.

Farmington, Avon or Simsbury. All have good school districts. Avon and Farmington have lots of Desi population.

i would say.. school district is imp but if u try magnet school u can live in Manchester with better price and less tax than south Windsor. plus upto elementary education. u don't need to worry about school system even in Manchester.
i would say nothing is wrong in Manchester as I myself considering that only.. south Windsor has way too high price and tax.

Its not only save on tax
If its the only thing most parents will consider paying 5k extra per year and live in south winsor compare to Manchester . If u Hv over Half million budget u can go anywher
But under 400k there is no good house in south windsor that is newer under 10 years and 3-4 and above 2500 sq.ft . If so Plz also let me know . I wud also consider . I gave above suggestion after so much research. For low budget person and a good house dream can't b fulfill in south Windsor

It depends upon each individual, big house or good community.if the community is good , schools are good,if schools are good price is high.so individual needs to decide big dream bungalow or good schooling.
