Hi,

I have over 4.5yrs of experience in IT, applied for database developer position but not getting any calls. All what i am getting are the calls from consultants, few of them looking to provide trainings and placements in BA/TechBA role. I don't have any experience in this field.

Need your opinions if it is a good idea to undergo this training as i can see a lot of job options for BA rather than developers. If so, what consultancies can i contact to?

Or, if anyone can help for any job openings in CT for SQL developers. I have created my profiles on Dice, careerbuilder etc..but to no avail.
