Apartments rent sky rocketing |

Hi Guys - I see we people are unnecessarily increasing apartments rent. Main reason is we people are looking to live at single place only , either South Windsor OR Manchester OR slightly rocky hill. Really these areas have grown up sky rocketing. The main obvious reason is we are looking for school towns only, hence we look for these areas.
I see we should be looking at Glastonbury, Farmington, Avon, Simsbury, Ellington or Newington, Wethersfield, and really these towns have excellent schools. Time to give a second thought before buying or taking rental apartments in high rise rental areas.
