Hi,
I'm looking for a family or bachelor(s) to take over my current lease from August 1st as I will be moving to an another state by July end(date can be flexible).
It's a one bedroom apartment, cooking gas and Heat is free here and a small storage is available in the basement.
It's a renovated apartment and most of the items(carpet, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, fan, AC, window blinds...etc) got replaced recently..
There are few items available like sofa, TV stand, bed, small dresser, dining table, chairs...etc which you can take if needed.
Location is at Rocky Hill, closer to park, cvs, library, indian store, schools...etc.
Rent: $1300
