Hi,
This is an apartment at CLEMENS PLACE , Hartford, 06105. It is very close to downtown and you have frequent buses to downtown.
This is a 1000 Sqft apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms and also a spacious hall (which in reality doesn't look or feel like a hall, it feels like a separate room on its own).
1. You can share one of the bedrooms with other guy OR
2. You can use the hall - it has a bed in it as well and I used to sleep in hall as well, now that I am moving, you can use it.
3. Heat and Hot water is included
4. Electricity and wifi is shared among the 3 people. Electricity comes around $28-35 and Internet is around $50.
5. Community has avery good GYM, with free weights as well. It has tennis courts as well , open in summer
