| Can a 1yr US born travel with grandparent to USA? |

Hi,
My mom is coming to USA with my 1yr child(US born), i wasn't aware that i need to have consent form as she is traveling without parent, somehow my friend managed at HYD INDIA airport by requesting them, i am worried whether there are any further complications in Dubai or at JFK( Emirates, already started in India), i was reading through online and i wasn't clear whether i need to notarize the consent form (for safety i emailed both parents consent form with our sign. to my friend who is traveling with my mom n child along with DOB and parents passport copies in case they ask), please let me know if you have had this experience in the past or any useful info will be appreciated, bit nervous whats gonna happen - Thanks.
