The flat is ideal for a couple, working people or a small family. Washer/Dryer in a coin/card operated basement.

This will be a lease takeover for 2.5 months. You can renew with Hoyt Leasing in Feb, at which time the leasing office is known to reduce rent by up to $300 because of peak winter!

I pay $1805 for the flat but get a $250 incentive over the 6 month lease which reduces the rent.

I am willing to pass this incentive to you on Dec 15th.
