Aspen Woods Manchester utility bill    Gagan   10/05/2018 11:44 PM  

Hi, I am helping someone at Aspenwoods Manchester break a lease. But i dont know the actual utility bills there. Only water is included in lease. So gas heat electricity etc has to be paid from pocket. What is maximum you pay during summer and winter? Please advice

Hey I'm also looking at total utility bills in Manchester area. Heard it is below 200 at anytime but not sure. You want to check more maybe

Water is 60 dollars and heat or cold is 100
