Hi, I did Btech + MBA from Delhi, came to CT , unable to find job. Planning to go for higher studies. Would you suggest MS computer science/ Ms in business/ Finance for a career? My parents sibling filed for my family and hence I have green card...

Have you looked at internships? If you're expecting a high salary, it will not work out straight away. How long have you been here for? And what was your specialization during B-Tech? If you aren't even getting any interview calls, that's something to consider. Depends on what industry you're looking at. For example, if you're a fresher in IT - Try doing a course in QA or BA, possibly the easiest bet

I was in the same boat as you 20 years ago. You can do few things simultaneously which will help you immensely. Give it some time, it takes time to get there so don't get frustrated and hang in there. Get professional help with your resume that can help highlight you as an individual and showcase your strength.
Look for a job below your caliber and then demonstrate your qualification and aptitude at excelling in any job function and this will give you independence. In my case, I took up a job as a bank teller and it showed me how to interact and talk with people and overall effective communication skills. Working at a bank has its perks as it open you up to a lot of education about financial institutions wherein you can find a diverse range of jobs. It also awarded me time to work on my part time master's degree. And that brings me to my last point.
Get a college degree or skill set in the field you enjoy as you will never go wrong and will be able to work towards gaining a foothold in doing something you love. Hope this helps and feel free to reach out.
