My roommate is moving out next week and I am looking for a replacement immediately (or May 1, 2018) . The apartment is 2 bed, 1 bath. You will have the big bedroom with walk in closet. We share living room, kitchen and bathroom. Rent excludes internet and electricity (usually totals to $100/mo and we share this too). Open for short and long term lease negotiations.
I am a 26 year old male, I work full time Monday-Friday in the area and am often in Boston or New York on the weekends. I'm laid back but I also like to go out, get a drink and have a good time. The location is ideal; on the corner of Highland St. and Farmington Ave, this apartment is just under a mile from Blue Back Square and West Hartford Center. Easy on/off access to 84 as well. Looking to fill this position immediately (or May 1, 2018)
