I'm looking for a kindergarten/nursery/pre-school for our 2+ years old daughter. Location should be Manchester, Windsor or Downtown. Can anyone suggest any name (NOT YMCA) ?

Bright horizons in Bloomfield is the best of all in the vicinity. Or UConn if you are eligible.
