Thinking of buying a flat in India.How many years would a good flat last? 75 to 100 year, less or more?

100 years as per the industry standard. The undivided land share will cost more than the flat. You can rebuild again adding more floors so that we wont be paying for the new flat.

I thought about that option but ....25000 rent on a 75 Lakh flat..hmm...is it worth? Think about that too....flat for yourself? Ready cash vs loan also matter.

Buy flat in india if you are planning to stay there. Maintaining flat remotely is pain in ass. Also if you are thinking of earning from rent money... its not worth. Also if you are planning to buy, buy only resale or ready to move property. Property cost is too high in India and rental income is very low.

I agree. renting is not a good idea. resale also a problem
