The CT transit Bus Stop is right outside of the apartment gates for those who depend on public transport.
The apartment building is on Silas Deane Hwy (State Hwy 99) and just off exit 24 on I91. It is within walking distance of Indian grocery (Om & Sai), Indian restaurants like Priya Indian Cuisine,a Kohls store, ALDI, and a package store  Walmart, Stop n Shop, gas stations, CVS, Starbucks, Subway, Salons all within walkable distance of the apartment. Rocky Hill Library and Post Office are also within the approachable distance.
There is a tennis court and a gym with ample parking space in the apartment.
