Check for leasing options, you can drive brand new cars.

Buy from dealer as certified pre-owned. As an Indian, safest bet is to go for a Honda or Toyota. In your budget you may want to look at 2012-2014 year cars. Look for 40k-70K miles.
Make it easy for yourself and narrow down between a compact (Corolla/Civic) or mid-size (Accord/Camry). Once you have that figured out compare the two - Accord with Camry and Civic with Corolla. Then look for deals over the internet. Before you buy always check a cars history (Car fax), to make sure no prior negatives like accident or possessions.

I would suggest buying from private single owner that has no accident history.

I am selling my car if your interested. It's a 2014 Toyota corolla LE beige color 45k miles. I am willing to sell for 14-15k. If your interested I can share the pictures. I am a singer owner the car is well maintained with no accident history. I bought it brand new I'm just looking for a change with my growing family. I NEED SOMETHING BIGGER IF I CAN SELL THIS CURRENT CAR.

Lol your funny.
You can buy a brand new 2018 corolla for 17k+ tax. why would someone pay you 15k for 45k miles car. You patels try to make money of everything
