Hi my kids want to watch youtube rhyme videos which cost the streaming alot..always.. wondering is it legal to download youtube videos?

Everyone does this. Yes its legal as long as you dont publish it on youtube or distribute and make money (like tv shows)
use keepvid.com to download the videos

Downloading is not legal in US. U can watch it online. Buy good speed wifi.

Viewing on youtube is actually downloading to your local computer browser. Its legal if you use it for yourself.

I have downloaded kids videos using keepvid for my kid.. no issues so far and its been 2 years now..
