Looking for recommendations to any shops that help in fixing zips to jacket.

Go to shoe repair place, they can help, I tried wax, it worked for me

Yeah but the zip came off from the track I was not able to put it back .

Anu buy a new jacket. IN this country there is no concept of repair. Just throw away the jacket and get a new one. It was in India where labor is cheap where we have culture of repair, here its either repair it yourself (google for zip repair), otherwise throw/donate and get a new one. In many cases its cheaper to but new than have it repaired, if you can find anyone to repair.
