That's what i'm searching too. I found out it is listing only if we select Academic and not showing up if we select general English.

No material required. Just go through the website and familiarize yourself with the test pattern. Watch couple of videos on youtube (focusing on each section), prctice a bit (the purpose is to calm anxiety and surprise factor).

No need to spend any money or effort. We Indians in USA have pretty good English skills.

I myself scored 8.5 with <10 hours spent on youtube.

Have you found any way to register for the test? New haven center is not showing up.
