We have a room available starting Nov 1 in the Talcott Forest condominiums.
Bathroom (1.5) needs to be shared with two other people ( males), and living and kitchen needs to be shared with three other people. We strive to make the common areas clean at all times.
Room rent includes: water, heat, and electricity., but you need to share the internet cost with other roommates.
Amenities include: on site washing /drying, ample storage, ample parking, close to UConn health shuttle and CT transit bus stop, short driving distance to shopping malls and grocery shop.
This apartment is located right across the UConn health, has always been safe, and is suitable for graduate students, postdocs, residents, and interns.
