With below things u loose weight
1. Apps which u hv many to workout at home try to download and follow them strictly
Dont go overboard start slowly paceup eventually
2.cardio and yoga
3 Diet what goes in reflects on the body
4 positive thinking appreciate what u hv and workhard for what to get
