Hi,

Does cox communication changes the internet rate every year ?

i used to pay 39.99/month but now they are charging at $63.

Is this common?

Is there any other service Provider in Glenbrook, Rocky hill who charge less ?

you could have a promo rate which is applicable for 1 year and rate goes up after promo period. they dont notify us on this.

please check if that was the promo rate at which you have taken the service at the begining.
