Hi,
I need to rent for a family or need 3 roommates either 3 males or 3 females for my 2 bhk apartment in Rocky Hill from 1st September. No need to sign lease. The apartment is close to city bus stop, Grocery store, Indian restaurant, bank of America, citizen bank, subway, cake shop, pizza shops.
Appartment name is Glenbrook and apartment is on first floor. Calm peaceful community, bus comes right at the doorstep to Hartford downtown. You can easily commute to office.
Rent -450 per person (includes heat, hot water). you need to pay additional for electricity and internet bill. Internet is available but bill has to be shared. The apartment is available from 1st september.
