JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE: Client Relationship Intern
SUMMARY: Maganti IT Resources LLC is seeking an entry-level professional for full-time/part-time hours in Naugatuck, CT to join the Executive Team. This is a PAID internship position with a focus in Marketing, Marketing Research, and B2B Sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Makes outbound phone calls and communicates diligently with business owners/managers in a specific target market.
Conducts 5-10 minute market research surveys over-the-phone in a specific target market.
Follows-up with potential and existing clients via telephone and e-mail.
Works with account executives to build and maintain client relationships.
Assists with the coordination of client training and training materials.
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective and current customers.
Qualifies leads for specific products and services.
Provides product demonstrations to qualified clients upon request
Estimates product delivery dates based on knowledge of own firm's production schedules.
Prepares reports of business transactions.
Assists in importing data from one database to another.
Enters and formats clients’ customer data onto spreadsheets.
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
Investigates and resolves client problems after product deliveries.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or closely related field preferred.
One to two years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and deliver quality results on time while working together with other team members simultaneously.
Ability to plan, delegate, and organize tasks to consistently produce results, with minimal supervision.
Ability to qualify leads for specific products and services.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Experience working with technological devices, i.e. tablets, smartphones, and Apple products
Interest and/or background in martial arts or recreational sports preferred.
Experience with social media preferred
Punctual and professional
Acute attention to detail.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
