Rent is $450 per month including all utilities.

I am interested, but since I am not allowed to eat non-veg and not drink, can I get some discount?

How about $350 per month instead of $450?

Hope you understand, my staple food is non-veg and I have to give it up. Please reply if interested

Hi,
I am sorry, it will not work like that.This $450 is about including all the utilities.
Here the kitchen and refrigerator should be share with other people.
