Hi Ctdesis,

I am a silent follower of this group,

I had a unique situation, I had habit of purchasing
International lotteries and Spend every month 200$ on lotteries only and my wife keep scolding me everyday for this I am wasting money....But at-last mera din agaya I got the lottery of 3.5 crores, this was my day, I am happy but I come to know that I have to pay taxes to US if I am on H1B, Lucikly I have
registered myself in India,so I want to go out of this
country without paying taxes, Will IRS Finds this?
because I am have won lottery while I am in USA but its europe lottery, is it manditory for me to pay to IRS also? Please advice if it causes any problem if I apply for visitor visa in future as my kids born in usa?

Congrats. Dont know much but i think if u get back to India, then you have to pay tax there. Any country will charge tax i suppose. So it will be either US or India. Verify the details first.

Hearty congrats...to answer ur question i hv just lil knowledge as i was also a lottery admirer but never got one...actually as per my knowledge u r not supposed to play international lottery in USA its against the rules cos whenever u purchase it， u hv to b physically present at that place but if somehow u won legally u hv to pay taxes in usa in ur tax returns u hv to show the income then again foreign taxes some benefits etc etc apply but last point yes u hv to pay taxes and shud show in other income columnof tax return hw much percentage i dunno wrk with the guy who file ur tax returns.

They track the money from NRI accounts. If you deposit in NRI accounts it will be reported to US as per FATCA laws.

Any income u received in india while u r in usa u HAVE TO pay taxes in USA or else a chance of red flag.

Why the heck I need to troll and waste time.

But I am happy now, finally I couldnt able to save from 5

years not even 1 lakh dollars, now I am happy that I could

earn this much money. Yes someone said I cant purchase

international lottery from USA, I did by keeping the

account in India, no obligation. I just want to move back to the country with that 3.5 crores, I can take nice house,
car and with my extended family parents and all I lead a peaceful life rather this visa worry life, Friends my advice if you don't invest single penny on the luck, how can luck even knocks your door!! Just dont make habit of it but invest your 100$ or some neglible amount and wait you dont know all your retirement life will be set!!

God is great but I am patiently doing this from 4 years and it finally paid off!!

I hope u stop investing on your luck after this event. Else in no time your gambling habit grow into giant and eat away your 3.5 crores.

Rightly said it all starts from small amd become addiction so im happy u won also at the same time play for fun but dont get addicted..Also there is a saying that whe money comes easily it goes easily too..but i hope it shud not happen to u invest where u het good returns on it also take care of the family..

Guys I follow simple principle

I always write my goals what I want to achieve at the end of my life by doing this 9 to 5 jobs, how much money I needed at what age need to retire.and everyday morning I read this and inspire and re-adjust my goals accordingly.

as per me I like to have 1 house, 1comfortable car, and extra money for my kids future and take care of my old parents and my retirement money so I no need to work so hard when I am to old. I am currently working so hard that it looks like even at 60 I need to put same effort.

As per my calendar this money I am going to achieve in next 15-20 years and glad I got it now!!

now I need to be smart here and dont tilt for addicting of playing more,

I will invest straight away in assets where I can get consistent income back in India, take atleast 4 houses .

Each with rent min 25000 for 2 crores investment,so I can get 1 lakh standard income, car will not invest much as of now !!

need to think of what to do with remaining money 1.25 crores.
25 lakhs I can have some good time with family and some charity, I dont want to save each penny !!

Whats the fun of money if we save till we die !!

You can try power Ball here !! No Trick its just sheer luck!! Just buy few tickets forget till the result,

But I never bought lottery from my hard earned money,

I played casions consistenly for smaller amounts when people are more only on the board, I am sure I get 100-150$ and I put that money in the lottery and forget it.

Few times I had minimal loss too, but thats negligible !!

sure nick its a Nigeria scam if I am asking bank accounts or I am providing some tips to you how to earn money, I am just sharing my joy with you people , glad atleast 50% people are happy for that rest 50% jealous people with negative mindset remember wealth cannot be created until enjoy the achievement of others then universe believe that you like that and try to give you back the same happyness.
I use to connect with all the lottery winners write mails appreciate their success, got back with mind blowing tips and finally something worked for me (not sure their tips or luck or my time ) !!

If you feel it still scam sick of you man!! I no need to reply any of these just for some desi mindset of sharing happyness I am still replying, need to stop this!!
