Hey, Shivaji Airport is in Mumbai and Indira Gandhi airport is in Delhi. Sorry I am not aware of the costs but if you're traveling by business class, access to your flights lounges would be free for you. I am not sure if they allow paid access to people traveling in economy class. But you can find many bars and restaurants where you can relax.
