Hi - My son has eczema too. It could be food allergies too but I don't think avoiding any food really helps, since babies need it for good health. Although you can experiment to see if any particular type of food is making it worse. Besides, out pediatrician prescribed Hydrocortisone 2.5% ointment and that has helped quite a bit. SO check with your doctor. I also hear that these things go away by themselves, so not much to worry about. Hope this helps
