Hi, is there any way to Sue Air Idiots. These guys deny for service, when in flight and alone. I was allocated a seat by their ground staff, during boarding pass collection, and these guys denied me for the seat, saying that seat was for extra charge, and asked me to change my seat on a BOM-EWR flight AI-191. Any solution for such rude staff????
