Taste of water here in CT is different compared to the places where i lived which i personally dont like but if the taste is ok for u u can go ahead and use it but its always advisable to filter the water u can use anything like brita or pur..which is around 50$ and u can also use in cooking.If u cant stand the taste get bottled water either from walmart or costco..
