Ravi.. do you even know what the OCI is? To original question, I believe you have submitted under NY Jurisdiction, as per CKGS, current timeline is 25-35 business days for New OCI.. I did it for my daughter not recently but about a year and half back, it took around 45 calendar days to get it back in hand.
