HI For minor passport renewal, CKGS mentioned as below. applicants who are less than 5 years, please provide Thumb impression, Right thumb impression for females and Left thumb impression for males. If the applicant is 6 years, do they need to sign or parents can sign ? Did somebody recently renewed the indian passport for minor here ?
