There is nothing best, it all depends on your driving history and make and model of the car.. there will be differences but you need to look at what is the coverage and all.. I have been using GEICO for more than 3 years and insurance have been less for me as compared to my other colleagues so they chose different provider who gave lesser quote.. I went to them for Quote and they gave me more than GEICO.. so it all depends.. and you would need to see claim settlement service.. If you are not at fault, you will not use your insurance no matter how big or state minimum coverage you maintain. You will be bothered about provider only when you are at fault.
